Scope and acceptance

By using this website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms and any additional supplier terms that apply to your booking. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

Our services

The Five Isles designs and operates island travel programs. We arrange accommodation, transfers, excursions, and other travel components using trusted local partners. Some services are provided by third-party suppliers, who may have their own terms and policies.

Quotes, bookings, and availability

  • All quotes are subject to availability at the time of booking.
  • Prices and inclusions are confirmed only when we issue a final booking confirmation.
  • Supplier rules, seasonal surcharges, and blackout dates may apply.

Pricing and payments

Pricing is provided in the currency stated on your proposal. Deposits, payment schedules, and accepted payment methods are communicated with your booking confirmation. Bank fees, card fees, and foreign exchange charges may apply depending on the payment method.

Changes, cancellations, and refunds

Changes and cancellations are governed by the supplier terms for each travel component. We will outline applicable penalties before you confirm a booking. Refunds, if any, are processed after supplier confirmation.

Traveler responsibilities

  • Ensure passports, visas, and entry requirements are valid for all destinations.
  • Check health and vaccination requirements in advance of travel.
  • Carry travel insurance that covers medical care, cancellations, and disruptions.

Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or safety-related disruptions.

Liability limitations

We act as a tour operator and coordinate services provided by third parties. We are not liable for acts or omissions of independent suppliers, or for loss, injury, delay, or expense beyond our reasonable control. Any liability we do hold is limited to the amount paid for the affected services.
